Meetings

Task Group Reports

  • When reports are recieved, SCS chairs will use the Standing Committee on Standards google account to create a copy for SCS review
  • Co-chairs share with the committee for asynchronous review
    • Review period dependent on complexity
  • Report and comments are reviewed at an SCS meeting if necessary
  • The SCS TG co-chair or liaison:
    • Summarizes the SCS response to the group
    • Coordinates with the SCS chairs to determine a deadline to respond to feedback
  • Once the updated version is sent to SCS, the SCS Co-Chairs coordinate an asynchronous vote
  • Once approved, the SCS Co-Chairs forward to the PoCo chair

Voting

Voting to approve documents may occur synchronously during committee meetings, or asychrounously via google form.
