Meals and Groceries
Breakfast and Lunch will be "help yourself". We just need to pull together a grocery list to cover those meals.
For Monday through Wednesday, DLF attendees can eat breakfast and lunch there. Based on previous gigs at the AT&T Center, the catering is quite good.
Predilections:
- ajs6f: No pork or shellfish, no dishes cooked with meat and dairy together. Probably not worth catering to. I'll just find some pickled herring somewhere.
Groceries: 4 Breakfasts
- Esme: Pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, cream cheese, juices, pastries, etc.
- cereal, coffee, milk, bananas, orange juice, tea, sardines, bagels, bialys, Montreal bagels, bubliks, etc.
Groceries: 3 Lunches
- Breads (Rye, etc)
- Lunchmeats (Ham, Salami, Turkey, Pastrami)
- Cheese (Swiss, sharp Cheddar, Brie, etc)
- Strong mustard

- Order out
- Another (possibly complementary) option would be something like fruit and cheese plates that lend themselves to people coming and going, eating while waiting for stuff to compile, etc.?
- Rent a smoker for barbecue
Dinner
We will need to work around the install-fest
- Maybe order out as the night wears down?
Wednesday
