Impact-Pathway Functionality:

The standard Input–Output–Outcome–Impact structure of Impact Pathways was adapted for use in research contexts, with a particular focus on engagement for impact. This covers the following areas: background, research activities, interactions and transfer, application possibilities, expected impact, and contribution to funding objectives. In the steps "Research" and "Interactions/Transfer," objective items create a sub-level, enabling the addition of activities to the objectives. This approach allows for detailed planning and recording in the Impact Pathway, while maintaining a clear and structured format. To highlight important relationships, arrows in both directions can be created between items.

Working plan:

The working plan pinboards are used to organise activities into distinct work packages and establish milestones. They allow for the assignment of responsible project partners and the specification of timeframes, which can be visualised as a bar chart. Various sorting options, including customisable sorting, facilitate efficient management within the working plan.
