David Novak's reindexing issue:
- Reindexing issues with indirect containers
- Dan Field was able to replicate the problem:
- do a ingest
- delete postgresql database
- create new database and reindex
- membership is not populated (table stays empty)
- it seems that indirect memberships (through indirect containers) are not considered during reindexing
- directly after a new ingest, the membership table is correctly populated
- https://github.com/fcrepo/fcrepo/blob/794b7a58ead5fba20fe3f6aa9887c3a19f67d72c/fcrepo-persistence-ocfl/src/main/java/org/fcrepo/persistence/ocfl/impl/ReindexService.java#L224 seems to only mention directo containers
