Create an issue branch for your ticket (including the ticket number and salient information)
Do work
Rebase it against master
Push it to github
Send a pull request
Assign it to the reviewer for the ticket
The reviewer should:
- wait for Travis to run the tests
- review the code for style, bugs, consistency, etc
- merge the patch using github, or by pulling it locally and rebasing it on top of master
