Withdrawal&Reinstate correction Group

Members of this group are enabled to make requests for the Withdrawn or Reinstate of an item.

By default, this functionality is disabled.property is empty, so only Administrators will see the button to make these requests.

If you want to allow all authenticated users to have this feature, you can configure this setting to use the Anonymous groupin order to enable this functionality, it is necessary to configure the user group that will be able to make Withdrawn and Reinstate requests. The name of the group must be set to this property:

If the withdrawal request is approved, the user will be notified and will be given the opportunity to reinstate the request.


Clicking on Check View on the item page will lead to the "Quality Assurance" page, which lists the topics/requests. In case there is only one topic available, it will automatically redirect to the item list.

The action button will lead to a view of the list of items, with actions based on the user's role.
