The structure of each KnowledgeBases is created by placing pages as children of their respective topic page.  You may propose new subjects by creating a blank page in the appropriate location, with a title, and following this template (TBD).

Using Labels

We are exploring ideas for using labels to mark the status of content, E.G. if it's considered current and complete, or needs amplification, or is missing (think the notes that appear on Wikipedia).  We would also like to add additional labels to help with searching and navigating along various topical dimensions.  We'd love to see suggestions, blah blah blah
