Informational Note:

This optional property for the Podcast Support will allow you to use a value for a metadata field as a replacement for actual bitstreams to be enclosed in the RSS feed. A use case for specifying the external sourceuri would be if you have a non-DSpace media streaming server that has a copy of your media file that you would prefer to have the media streamed from.
