- Qa Sinopia Collaboration - Meetings with Stanford will only occur on an as needed basis. Authority request issues: https://github.com/LD4P/qa_server/projects/1 (prioritized based on "important" authorities and ease of completion)
- 2022-0607-30 Steven and Greg worked on getting QA updated. Had shut down environments which were needed for update workflow, turned out to be more complicated that expected to get integration back up and running – took a couple of days so don't think shutting down is worth it. Working on improving documentation for workflow07 Greg has been successful getting staging and int going again. Steven has now previewed updates to LC organizational and new countries configs. Greg will push to production this week

- Containerizing the QaServer2022-06 - 30 DONE, all Elastic Beanstalk is tied up along with associated resources

- 2022-06-03 Lucene index server working on AWS, had a good experience building with Terraform. Dave confirmed data good. Will 07-07 No update. Greg will reach out to Dave next week to talk about how to move forward. Current process for getting a new index up is to put is in S3 and when container starts up it copies this from S3

- Jamboard notes on how info can be modeled in Sinopia and connected to catalog records
- Prototype has two columns: copies and sequels. Below "View all related titles" links to work page that has a significant info box and more details: copies, adaptations, titles about (from sinopia (though based on catalog info), titles by (from catalog), sequels, might also bring in translation
- New page adds notion of "titles" which are actually what are called "items" on other pages. Need to think what the right words to use are
- Now recruiting for user tests, getting good response
- Huda has completed write-up of bibliographic sources, will send request for review

- Steven has been attending some usability tests
- Huda has done 4 usability tests so far and 4 more to come. Have been working with prototype and catalog, Dune based tasks. Takeaways so far have been that information prototype is understandable, "explore related items" page also being found and understood, people tend to look to left column first. Users not necessarily finding link to item page quickly, and not sure what contents will be. With catalog it is not surprising that sequels are not easy to find
- Huda has been working with Frances to understand how to make atomic updates to our version of that catalog for testing. Have run into some issues with cache/lazy load issues in Solr 8
- Huda still waiting for feedback on report on bibliographic sources, also shared draft with Jim HahnHuda has completed write-up of bibliographic sources, will send request for review
