Action: turns on their phone

system detects reservation a reserved item is available

system posts a notification in the device notification center

notification should display logo and read: "Your book is ready to be checked out. You have __ days to borrow this book."

taps the notification (in the notification center)

App system opens to SimplyE and displays the reservations section/tab
