- What practices, patterns, and resources from Lyrasis change how governance must work? What from Lyrasis can be used/integrated to help governance work better?
- Which practices should change? Which should we keep?
- How can we best utilize the members of this group?
- Number and purpose of meetings, relationship between Leaders and Steering, etc.
- Planning membership and community engagement (30 minutes)
- Review of Mic's membership analysis recommendations
- How can we mobilize to stabilize membership?
