Raman GangulyUniversity of ViennaHead of Software DevelopmentSince 2007, the University of Vienna has been using Fedor as a repository for a wide variety of data. We developed a repository ecosystem called Phaidra, which is open to all members (including students) of the university to manage data for long-term preservation. I work in the central computer center as the technical director of Phaidra, which is an open source project and used by 20 institutions in 5 European countries. Fedora is the base of Phaidra, and we are still using 3.8, but we already have migration plans. As soon as we finished the migration, we will roll out the newer version to the Phaidra community in Austria. I am also involved in data management for research and education at our university and in this role and work closely with the library to support research projects. The experiences are the primary source for improvement of Phaidra. To become a more comprehensive view, I participate in national and international projects for research data management. So I am the technical director of Open Education Austria which is funded by the Austrian ministry. I am the board member of RDA (Research Data Alliance) Austria and co-chair of the interest group RDM (Research Data Management) at COAR (Confederation of Open Access Repositories).
Scott PraterUniversity of Wisconsin-MadisonDigital Library Analyst

I am the Digital Library Analyst for the University of Wisconsin General Library System, responsible for managing and developing our repository and digital preservation ecosystem.  I have been involved with the Fedora community as a "power user" and advocate since 2005, including stints as a committer for the 3.x versions, a documentation writer, a tester for releases, and an early contributor to the Fedora 4 and OCFL efforts.  Most recently, I have served on the Advisory Committee for the IMLS-funded "Designing a Migration Path" grant project for mapping out strategies to encourage and support the user community move to Fedora 6 and beyond.  My ambition as a leadership member would be to help ensure that the community (actual and potential) has the tools, resources, and most importantly, confidence it needs to deploy and manage Fedora to meet memory institution digital curation and preservation goals now and in the future.

Wei XuanUniversity of ManitobaHead, Libraries SystemsI am the Head of Libraries Systems at University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Canada. In my role, I work with several support staff to take care of all systems used at the Libraries, which include Fedora, Islandora, DSpace, Dataverse, Alma, Primo, etc. The University of Manitoba Libraries has been a supporter of Fedora for many years. I would like to take this opportunity to get more engaged with the community. I have been deeply involved in numerous projects focused on systems interoperability, data protection and accessibility. As an example, I lead a project to set up the OAI-PMH harvest to integrate Fedora, DSapce and Primo. I attended the Fedora workshop at this year’s Open Repositories conference in Hamburg, Germany. I consistently obtain knowledge from the Fedora community and joining the leadership group will be a great way to give back. Thank you very much for your consideration of my candidacy.

Rosalyn MetzEmory UniversityDirector of Library Technology and Digital StrategiesI am the Director of Library Technology and Digital Strategies at Emory University in Atlanta. I currently hold the position of Chair-Elect on Fedora Steering.  Ultimately, we seek to preserve content for all of the libraries, archives, and museums on campus. I have been involved in digital repositories and digital preservation in various roles throughout my career and I am Chair-Elect for Fedora Steering, a member of Samvera Steering, and part of OCFL's Editorial Group. As an active member in the library open source space, I believe it is up to cultural heritage institutions that support Fedora to ensure its long-term stewardship and continued success well into the future.
Tim ShearerUniversity of North Carolina, Chapel HillAssociate University Librarian for Digital Strategies and ITUNC Libraries have been using Fedora as the core technology in the Carolina Digital Repository since 2010. We have just released a new version of our institutional repository using Hyrax 2.4 and Fedora 4.7, at the same time converting from a local data model to PCDM. With a target release of late 2019, we are also working towards a refreshed repository for our library managed collections. This will also involve a conversion from a local data model to PCDM and we are targeting Fedora 5 as the foundational technology. In addition to being DuraSpace members, we have been engaged in the Fedora community and contributed developer time to Fedora 3, 4, and 5 as well as to the Samvera and Hyrax communities. UNC's commitment to DuraSpace, Fedora, and the Samvera community has only grown with the relatively recent adoption of an Open Access policy for the UNC's campus. Tim Shearer is Associate University Librarian for Digital Strategies and IT and is ultimately responsible for repository development at Carolina. He has served on both Fedora Leaders and Fedora Steering.
Dustin SlaterUniversity of Texas at AustinAssistant Director of Information TechnologyI have over 20 years of experience in IT working in a variety of roles. I moved into a High Ed role 15 years ago and have spent the last 10 year leading the development of enterprise applications. At the UT Libraries I lead a diverse group of IT professionals with a focus of creating highly productive and effective cross-functional teams, which includes helpdesks, desktop support, network operations, application development, and IT management.

It has been my pleasure to have been a part of the Fedora Leadership group over the last year, and would love to continue in that role.
Tammy Allgood WolfArizona State UniversityDirector of Online Strategy

My record demonstrates 17 years of professional experience in an extremely large academic library system (104,000 FTE). I am currently responsible for the strategic vision of repository systems, web applications and discovery systems for 9 libraries on 5 campuses.

I have a strong overall understanding of many repository platforms, metadata, discovery and user experience. We are currently migrating from a homegrown repository platform into Islandora 8 with Fedora.
