      1. Have face-to-face meetings
      2. During or on either end of a conference
      3. Dan idea: How-to sessions: show what people did
      4. Lightning talks: to kick it off and barcamps afterward, DSpace
      5. About ~12 developers
      6. Planning a get-together
      7. ACTION: See if DuraSpace can support such a get-together?
         1. Easier to meet in Europe (since several DSpace committers are there?)
      8. ACTION: Find out when the next conference is.
         1. PA-SIG in Malta
         2. ECDL in Greece
         3. Next Code4lib is next year
         4. Next JA-SIG 18th and 19th of June
         5. Preservation meeting in Sept in San Fran

2. Have Fedora ppl attend DSpace committer meetings and DSpace ppl attend Fedora committer meetings
3. Include JP2 service as part of Fedora distro with demo objects available to view (similar to Mr.SID)
   1. JPG2000 service licensing?  If used for anything commercial, could cost decent amount of $$
   2. ACTION: Create feature for this with note on licensing.  Possible workaround: run centralized demo service of this.  OSU/OSL hosting this?  EC2?

• Aaron currently has conflict.  DavidF may send eddie to London in early July.
