STATUS: Updated 2.x migration guide to be version-neutral where possible, and using 3.2 in the examples. Also updated 3.x upgrade guide to be clear that the same steps can be followed whether going from 3.0 to 3.1, 3.0 to 3.2, or 3.1 to 3.2 (in each case, an RI rebuild is necessary).
