DSpace 5.10 is a bug fix release to resolve JAR dependency issues found in DSpace 5.9 (especially for users running Java 7 ).

Webapp Status
The changes in the DSpace 5.9 release broke the DSpace REST webapp. The same change may have also broken the DSpace RDF web app.
The following grid will be used to verify the status of each DSpace webapp.
The DSpace installation instructions indicate support in Java 7, so that condition is being tested explicitly.
