This working group will

  1. Design and implement Configurable Entities per the recommendations above. The design/implementation must be scoped based on the DSpace 7 release timelineAssess the early prototype of Configurable Entities (LINK forthcoming) and its alignment with guidelines/needs. Define an implementation roadmap for DSpace 7 Configurable Entities.
  2. Draft a proposed Entities Roadmap for any post-DSpace 7 tasks (to be reviewed by DSpace Leadership and Steering Groups)
  3. Create/submit initial Pull Request(s) for DSpace 7 Configurable Entities (to be reviewed by DSpace 7 Working Group and DSpace Committers)
  4. Create initial end user & configuration documentation for DSpace 7 Configurable Entities feature (to be reviewed by DSpace 7 Working Group and DSpace Committers)
