- Changes against DSpace version 1.2

- Language selection takes place in header-default.jsp

- properties files have to be placed in the classes subdirectory under the deployed dspace application (e.g. in Tomcat)

- Make sure to include URIEncoding="UTF-8" in Tomcat's server.xml to enable unicode searches

- Make sure to re-index all in order to enable language-based search

- Language selection code for interface, submission and item viewing currently hardcoded for English and Greek only.
