The calendar shows Samvera events and also third-party events which are likely to involve a significant number of people from our Community.

N. B. If you are not logged in to this wiki page as a registered contributor, times will be shown on the calendar as 'US Central'.

If you are a logged-in contributor, please read the notes below the calendar to ensure that your time-zone is set correctly such that you see correct times in your locale.

  1. EDIT THE CALENDAR

    Customize the different types of events you'd like to manage in this calendar.

  2. RESTRICT THE CALENDAR

    Optionally, restrict who can view or add events to the team calendar.

  3. SHARE WITH YOUR TEAM

    Grab the calendar's URL and email it to your team, or paste it on a page to embed the calendar.

  4. ADD AN EVENT

    The calendar is ready to go! Click any day on the calendar to add an event or use the Add event button.

  5. SUBSCRIBE

    Subscribe to calendars using your favorite calendar client.

If you are a logged-in wiki contributor, in order that the time renders correctly for your locale you must ensure that your time zone is correctly specified under 'settings' in your user menu at the right-hand end of the DuraSpace menu bar above (in the desktop version).  Detailed instructions can be found here in the Confluence documentation.
